Since 2014, he has worked at PSR as a project manager and regulatory affairs consultant. In this role, he coordinates studies to develop proposals for regulatory improvements, formulate public policies, and optimize the energy market with government agencies, associations, international development agencies, and private agents. He also provides regulatory consulting to investors, presenting the sector’s opportunities, challenges, and risks.
