He has been a technical director at PSR since 2006, coordinating the team allocation and activities of the energy studies group, as well as price and tariff projections. He participates in technical discussions to define assumptions and simulations. He also performs technical evaluations of the group’s work and participates in the entire work/study cycle: client interface, preparation of the work proposal, management and/or execution of the work, presentation of results to the client, and billing monitoring.
