Since 2019, at PSR, he has led and coordinated studies in the area of regulatory market advisory, contributing to the understanding of the Brazilian electricity sector. His work includes analyzing proposals for changes to the existing regulatory framework, as well as developing proposals for the regulation of new markets and technologies and assessing their associated impacts.
