Since 2005, he has coordinated projects at PSR in the areas of water and environmental resources, inventory and planning studies, environmental due diligence, and hydrological studies. He develops research and development projects in the areas of energy, water resources, and the environment.

Professional Experience
Since 1980, he has been an assistant professor at the Polytechnic School of UFRJ in the area of water resources and the environment.
He has conducted studies on hydroelectric inventory, environmental, hydrological, multiple water uses, due diligence for energy projects, hydraulic sizing, and integrated environmental assessment.
